This event is covered by Monetize.com, an AdMedia company. Guests (and potential plus-ones) are provided flights, meals, and hotels for each day of the event.
What expenses aren’t covered?
Guests are required to cover incidentals, meals that aren't provided by the Ritz Carlton, and transportation outside of the shuttle between the airport and Ritz Carlton.
